1. Definitions

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.

• afa999 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at its discretion or at your request as part of responsible gaming measures.

• Any deposit that cannot be matched to your registered payment method may be suspended pending verification.

afa999 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the afa999 cashier. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Verified accounts can typically expect withdrawals to be processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals requested outside standard processing hours may experience additional delays of up to 12 hours.
• afa999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing high-value withdrawals.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance is withdrawable at any given time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

afa999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Circumstances that may give rise to account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, incomplete verification, self-exclusion requests, and regulatory requirements.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the afa999 support team. Upon closure of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following a final verification check. Closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion programme are processed under our Responsible Gaming policy and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.
